Telephone Advice Appointments

Afternoon telephone appointments can be booked via reception staff.  The clinician will call you at the allocated date/time.

Appointments are available for pre-booking whenever the surgery is open. 

In order to support you in having positive conversations with a healthcare professional about your care and treatment the attached document promotes 'It's okay to ask' and can be used by you to prepare for your appointment and/or take notes during your appointment.
